Q. I want to remove the Show Your Time watermark from my timestamp photos.
If you are on the free plan, you can remove the watermark by watching an ad and pressing 'Remove' on the camera screen. If you have purchased the PRO plan, you can remove it immediately by pressing 'Remove'.
Q. It's a hassle to save photos every time. What should I do?
Try using the auto-save feature. You can use it by turning ON Auto-save after taking a photo in Settings > Turn ON continuous shooting mode in Settings > You can also continue shooting without entering the editor.
Q. Photos disappeared from the Records tab.
The History tab displays photos collected from the Gallery > Show Your Time folder on your phone. If you have deleted photos from the Gallery > Folder on your phone, you will not be able to see them in the History tab.
Q. I took more than 5 photos, but not all of them are displayed in the day collage.
Please understand that you can currently only collage a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 photos 🥹
Q. [Android] If you see the message 'This device is not compatible with the app' in the Google Play Store
The minimum specifications for the Show Your Time app are as follows:
- Android 8.0 or later
If you do not meet the above conditions, you will not be able to use the app in the App Store.
Additionally, compatibility issues with the Google Play Store may prevent you from updating or installing new apps.
Please try the methods below to resolve the issue.
Update your device's OS version
The Show Your Time app supports devices running Android 8.0 or higher. If your OS version is lower than 8.0, a message may be displayed.
Please update the OS installed on your device to the latest version.
Delete Google Play Services and Google Play Store data
Please delete Google Play Services and Google Play Store data, then re-launch Google Play Store, agree to the Play Store Terms, and try downloading the Flexcil app.
