Q. I want to remove the Show Your Time watermark from my timestamp photos.
If you purchase the PRO plan, you can remove the Show Your Time watermark. After purchasing, turn Hide Watermark ON in Settings and take or upload a photo.
Q. It's a hassle to save photos every time. What should I do?
Try using the auto-save feature. You can use it by turning ON Auto-save after taking a photo in Settings > Turn ON continuous shooting mode in Settings > You can also continue shooting without entering the editor.
Q. Photos disappeared from the Records tab.
The History tab displays photos collected in the Gallery > Show Your Time folder. If you deleted photos in the folder, you will not be able to see them in the History tab.
Q. I took more than 5 photos, but not all of them are displayed in the day collage.
Please understand that you can currently only collage a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 photos 🥹
